Just saw Rick Schwartz announce on twitter that after 3++ months of negotiating TODAY was the day he signed the ACRepair.com contract.
It seems that Rick has retained some equity in the transaction as he states “I am now in the Air Conditioning business!! Minimum value $1.5MM and hopefully much more.”
