When researching keyword popularity, I often notice high volume for search terms that contain “near me” (see below)
So it did not surprise me when I was researching ghost kitchens that I saw 6,600 monthly searches for Ghost Kitchens near me…what did surprise me was the +184% Year-over-Year increase and the fact that GhostKitchensNearMe.com was available for hand-registration.
In all my years of domain investing I never registered a “near me” domain; has anyone had success in developing and/or monetizing a “near me” domain name? If so please let me know.
